The Kitchen
When you hire the Jubilee Room or Lord Baden Powell we welcome you to use our kitchen as part of your hire. This can simply be to make hot drinks and prepare your buffet. Alternatively if you would like something more formal, or would just prefer to hand the catering to someone else, we are happy to liaise with external caterers.
Our kitchen is fully fitted with two double ovens, twelve hot plates, heated cupboards, food preparation areas, large fridge, dishwasher and hot water urn.
There are serving hatches from the kitchen into the main hall and reception/foyer area.
Car Park and Grounds
The Venture Centre 2000 has a large private car park, for use by all of its customers. It holds up to 60 cars, so is perfect for large events. We also have designated disabled parking spaces.
Additional outdoor extras such as bouncy castles or catering vans are also possible in the large space, which is accessible from both halls and the meeting room.
